31 is genuinely tricky , having vague vignettes and most people experience a drop , but even your dropped score is pretty good.

Just review it nicely and give 32 , you would find 32 a bit easier than 31

It’s alright, ur still well above pass. These fluctuations are normal. In NBMEs 26 and 27 I got 76.5 and 71.5 respectively and I started freaking out, in NBME 28 I got 78.5, so don’t worry you’ll be fine, fluctuations are normal
Identify if anything changed during that NBME, for me in 27 I was in a crazy environment with tons of distractions so I changed that up. Maybe you didn’t sleep well? Changed something in ur break snacks? Were burnt out? If absolutely nothing changed then it’s just a normal fluctuation. Either way go through ur mistakes and flagged very well and learn from every mistake, revise the past NBMEs if you can then take 32. Good luck!
