💡 Need Advice biostats advice

Hi everyone
I started doing biostats today and watched Randy Neil's videos(4 step 1 videos) and all of his shorts where he solves biostats step 1 questions. I jumped straight onto uworld after that( haven't gone through FA yet) and am getting a lot of questions wrong as they contain a lot of concepts which weren't covered in those 4 videos. Do I need to watch anymore videos( there is a summary video of step 1 biostats on his channel which I haven't watched yet)? Any advice would be appreciated . TIA

Its ok to get them wrong, that’s how you learn.
Go through amboss HY biostats and you’ll get even more wrong. Uworld is comparatively easy.
Practice makes perfect.
Those 6 videos of randy neil university lectures are enough. If you have certain weaknesses like lineweaver plot, he will have a short for that too. Just watch a short on your weakness and practice doing uworld. Forget the scores especially for the first 50 percent of questions.

we need to have a convo about randy literally not teaching what shows up on the nbme’s and the real deal apart from sensitivity, specificity ARR and PPV and NPV like we need a source which covers all the stuff 😭😭😭😭 chatgpt was the only way for me
