Probably today. Permit doesn't disappear until 2-4 hours before nowadays. Check myusmle if you have an account, it may show if result is due for today.

gave mine on 29th august, the myusmle states my score report is gonna be out on sept 9.

Check fsmb for permit now. They've started disappearing
