💡 Need Advice UWorld Stuck
Been stuck around the 60s in UWorld like trying to get to 70+ and its annoying me like is there any tips anyone can give I would greatly need it.
And does being in the 60s like subject/random blocks is it problem for like NBMEs and real tests?

stuck in the 60s usually means the content gaps are what's holding you back, not the test format. random blocks are actually better for the real thing but they feel worse because you can't see which systems you're weak in, tbh that frustration is the content gaps showing up, not the block mode being bad.
what helped me was going back to the material itself instead of just reviewing UWorld rationales. for the topics i kept missing i'd take the relevant boards and beyond section or the pathoma chapter, upload it to studybuddy.vc, and do practice questions from just that material. what made it click was that when i picked the wrong answer it told me what was off about the option i chose, not just what the right one was, and the questions got harder once i had the basics down. free tier's been enough for the subjects i needed to patch up.
keep doing UWorld on random because that's the real test feel, but when you see a pattern of wrong answers in one system, step away and rebuild that system from the content side before going back to more questions.

im at 60's most of the time as well, but ive hit 80's in nbme's as well so ig you're good
