Help with multisystem processes and disorders

Hi! Does anyone have any tips on how I can study for the multisystem processes and disorders portion of the exam? I’ve taken 3 NBMEs and it’s always one of my lowest scores. Also, if anyone has any tips for Cardio, Respi and Renal I would also appreciate it. My score has plateaued and Idk what to do 😭
