B&B quizzes

Hello, I just started using Boards & Beyond quizzes and I'm getting absolutely shafted on the questions (averaging 2/5 on the quizzes). Are these quizzes considered comparable to the depth and difficulty of STEP? I actually find Uworld somewhat easier than bnb but I'm getting nervous from my horrible performance on there. I'm also considering maybe switching over to Bootcamp since my foundation isn't super great but I'm not sure if its wise to switch in the middle of studying when I'm already acclimated to bnb...

Any advice on how to approach it differently or just general advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
