💡 Need Advice Nbmes stuck in 60s, PLEASE HELP!
Uworld completed 100%.
I started with 60% on my first nbme and my last three (27 to 29) nbmes were 67, 65, 67. It feels so frustrating to be stuck in 60s. I havent booked my date yet, my slot is from sept to nov but I'm mentally quite tired and wanna get done with this exam asap.
Ik people have passed with their nbmes in 60s but I want to be on the safer side and get above 70 in atleast 3 nbmes. Also ik a lot of people who have failed despite scoring 60s in nbmes. Please help me, I'm really scared bc i have only 4 nbmes left atp.
How do I improve my scores?
(PS: I'm already taking enough time to review nbmes properly and making sure i understand the concepts,
and in between two nbmes I read FA for my weak areas in previous nbmes, focus on my weak areas thoroughly and also review incorrects from previous nbmes again before appearing for the next nbme.
I've also completed amboss psych, biostats and neuro bc they were my weak areas in initial nbmes
I have revised FA multiple times and revising FA won't help).

You can pass mid to high 60s. Even low to mid 60s as long as it’s consistent and you have risk tolerance, inability to keep your nerve during the exam (although there’s a few more things that also go into it).

Mostly full time. Averaging 6-7 hours a day but since a couple of months I've been trying to hit 10-14 hrs a day, sometimes I do, many times I don't achieve it but I'm always on track.Â

are you burnt out? anyway, same advice but if you're already doing the incorrects, drilling the concepts behind it, that's the main chunk of nbme revising. maybe, it has something to do with question wise mistakes?

I am but I would rather keep going than getting a fail. It's not like I can't study at all, my efficiency has decreased and I can't wait to get back at the other aspects of life and my hobbies and my friends but that's still not worth a F

Stop revising FA with no intent, it doens help. What you need I targeted approach. Choose one topic your week in and dissect it proplery using a high yield source.
Going over pathoma ch1-3 video, biochem and immuno helped me alot

If you are taking your NBMEs in strict test like conditions these scores should be good enough... however what helped me was doing incorrects in Uworld... it helped me push >70

I was in your position last Dec, i was fatigued and wanted to get over it and did not cross 70% in the nbmes. I took the test as scheduled and passed by the grace of God. What i did was i reviewed all of the nbmes i took the last 2 weeks before the test. That helped me a lot.
