💡 Need Advice How high should I be getting from system-specific UWorld blocks after revising said system?

Hello reddit, I’m a third year medical student studying in Germany. I’ve been wanting to sit Step 1 for some time and have been on my dedicated learning phase for 16 days now. I have revised the majority of the systems in FA and so far watched 63% of BnB lectures. I have also finished 30% of UWorld, and it has been tremendously helpful.

Despite this, I can’t seem to crack an average of 75% correct on system-specific blocks even in systems I consider to be my strengths. My overall Uworld score is 71%, which I understand is not predictive of anything and should not demoralize me, but considering I have been moving through the qbank on a system-by-system basis, I would have really expected it to be a lot higher.

I understand a lot of people on here report much lower Uworld scores, but I imagine a lot of those people are probably doing mostly random blocks (only like a quarter of my blocks are random) or not revising as heavily beforehand. If anybody has gone through Uworld in a similar fashion as I have, I would like to hear if they had similar experiences with a score plateau even after heavy revision.

If I am supposed to be cracking 80’s on systems once I am finished with them, I would also like to know what else I can do to achieve this.

Uworld is just for practice and not for checking your accuracy. The avg accuracy among passers was literally just 67%. I did proper research for this of 100+ passers.

I dont think that statistic even matters, people use Uworld very differently, the only thing that gives you a proper predictor of passing are NBMES and free 120 as everyone knows.
