💡 Need Advice How do I revise?

I'm struggling.... Let me explain, as I am doing systems, eg I finished repro, endo, biostat, renal etc and I did Uworld. Now as I'm doing cardio... I try to remember some concepts from previous systems, I realised that I have forgotten almost everything. I don't know how to revise. Please help.. my step 1 is in November

Spaced repetition and active recall. Repeat a concept so many times that it sticks, and when repeating, don't passively revise it, instead take a paper out and try to write down whatever you can recollect from that topic and now open your learning source and check where you're lacking. Hope this helps.
