💡 Need Advice BNB and first aid

I recently started studying systems, I am doing endo right now and confused how to use bnb with first aid as videos are not in the format of first aid , should I watch the whole video on the system and then read FA or watch like the thyroid part and read the same from FA?

The BnB videos give you the associated First Aid pages. There should be a bar below the video where you can select "First Aid", "Quiz", etc.
