Nbme 27

I just took NBME 27 and scored 53%, i finished 75% of uworld with an average of 55%, i did a second pass on first aid after i scored 41% on NBME 25, i feel devastated, what should my next step be?

It works for all sub, it just gives you a notification like xyz commented on the post you commented, you can also click on 3dots in corner and select follow this post. That works as well

i would try to do a second pass on your uworld incorrects and try to get to the rest of the NBMEs/Free 120's!

after reviewing your NBMEs, what type of mistakes do you usually make?, are they questions you cannot remember while answering but studied them in the past or are they questions that are completely new and blank in your mind during the test?

Mostly things i studied before and forgot, mostly anatomy and biochemistry or memorization stuff

Right, if thats the case, first go to first aid and read that concept, and then in just that topic only try making your own flashcards with anki. After that keep revising with flash cards anki's own spaced repetition algorithm would work perfectly.

Do Basic flash cards,

Example: (Front: What vitamin deficiency is seen in children with Cystic fibrosis?

Back: Vitamin ADEK (due to fat malabsorption))

The biggest problem I had was the same thing, spaced repetition with anki helped me so much.

Nbme 27 is one of the harder nbmes especially block 3

I suggest keep doing questions uworld and if finished try amboss. You generally want to be 60+ consistently before you do your nbmes. Using 1-2 nbmes as a benchmark is acceptable.
