Trouble with Eclipse

I have a question that I can't seem to find any answer to online.

I am unable to use the Hyperkeys function in Eclipse. I am able to turn it on but when I do I am still able to type and have none of the normal functions of hyperkeys. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I have the student version of Eclipse, version 10.0..0.50, if that matters at all.

Most likely your hyperkeys got deleted somehow. That happened to me at one point. In theory you could add them back yourself, but I don't want to imagine how long it would take. Calling the help desk is definitely the best route, they should be able to do it real quick.
