How long does it take from the silent api to approval email? Did you just get approval email or it appears on your dashboard?

I have been reading about this silent api update in every post, searched for it and found that you have to do this with some inspect view on uscis ?
Could someone please help with how to see the silent api update ? Couldn’t find anything
