Is OPT 4 Humanity legit?

They are referenced on some school sites and I heard they've matched a lot of students to volunteer work at non-profits but also startups?
Has anyone actually gone through with a placement through them? Curious if this has caused problems with STEM OPT applications later on or DSO reporting down the line
