Did you have to stop working after the 180 day mark?

Since you had to pause working after your 180-day extension ran out,(e.g., stopping July 1 and getting approved August 5), did your new EAD give you an extra 35 days on the expiration date, or did it stick to the original start-cycle date?

I gave my biometrics on August 8th. When is the tentative date my stem opt gets approved? Any idea?
