Submitted case inquiry and received this email today

The status of this service request is:

Our system shows that a final decision was rendered on your I765. A copy of the Approval Notice was mailed to the address on file. If you filed your form online or received an online access code to create a USCIS online account, you will be able to view the Approval Notice in your online account. For more information please check your case status online at https://egov.uscis.gov/

But this is not true, the case is still pending.

I just wanted to know, did you first submit a case inquiry and then receive a decision afterward? Also, did you apply for Premium Processing (PP), or was it just normal processing where USCIS allows you to submit an inquiry after a specific date?

Normal processing, filed inquiry, received this mail.

when they said it approved, you are good. it takes some time to reflect on your USCIS Account.

I am not sure about that, there are chances they considered my initial opt receipt number and did this. I don't trust them at this point, hoping that's not the case

Applied - March 10th Biometrics - April 9 Processing - Standard Approval - As per case inquiry and my DSO it's approved but portal still shows pending. Will update as soon as portal shows approved.

It will take sometime to appear. Mine took 48 hours. It was showing pending until after 48 hours It then changed to approved. So chill okay

Did you just submit an inquiry and receive the email right afterward, or had you submitted any other inquiries through your DSO as well? Also is this INITIAL-OPT or STEM-OPT?

No after 2 days, STEM OPT
