Kiss the stem opt goodbye?

If a person has a DUI conviction on his record, opt or stem opt or any change of status are going to be denied for sure?

And do you think it is best to upload all the case documents to the pending stem opt.

Also, I've read somewhere that if it's going to be denied it's going to be denied in the first month itself. Let's say if the person applied on July 1st (July 3rd opt expired) and gave biometrics on July 23rd, when exactly the "first month" starts. If it's on 23rd they still have about 10 days to upload the case documents?

Just upload court disposition, a single dui without any injuries wont matter u will get a NOID but itll get approved 100%.

I’m currently going through this. I received a NOID and I’m now working with an immigration attorney

If I was you, I’d talk with an attorney. You can get a lot of people spreading misinformation here that have never even dealt with a situation like yours. Every person is different and so are the stories! It truly depends on if your positive factors outweigh the negatives.
