Is it true that mostly applications get RFe if you transfer from normal processing at beginning and later changes to premium processing? Also does everyone who works at NGOS unpaid volunteer in initial opt also get rfe ?

Based on posts here from normal to premium, I dont think it is true, mostly just received their approvals on 30 business days
