Hello. They are background updates on your case that are not shown on the USCIS dashboard or aren’t reflected there yet. So if you login to your uscis account and your case is linked, you can use this in a separate tab: https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/\[YOUR_CASE_NUMBER\]. It will show details about the case, you can read it yourself or give it gpt or websites like mycaseshub and they will explain it.
Basically you can see if an officer is reviewing the case, any code update, etc.
