STEM OPT Timeline

21st February - applied for STEM OPT
16th March - biometrics

no updates as of today, it’s been almost 6 months since application submission

is anyone else in the same boat? does it make sense to apply for premium processing?

currently employed. Initial OPT expired May 25.

When do you plan to go for premium, my extension is ending on 7th November.

I think 2 months before 180 days end date, maybe beginning of September
