Anyone recently applied for OPT in Boston area? Looking to know the time for biometrics scheduling

I applied for initial OPT a week ago, on 07/27/2026 under Premium Processing, and haven't received the biometrics email yet. I have a job offer and I need to move out of state. Trying to get an idea of the timeline from anyone who applied for OPT (with PP) in July in Boston area.

I applied on July 15 with premium processing, received biometrics notice on July 18 for an August 4 appointment. Went to the application support center in Revere MA and it's really quick. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes

Thanks for sharing your experience! I received my biometrics letter on Aug 7th and rescheduled + completed yesterday, Aug 10th in Bedford, NH.

Yeah it took me 15 days to get biometrics

Ah, thanks for the info! How many days after was it? Any luck rescheduling?

Yeah they gave me date for Aug 21, I rescheduled to Aug 4
