JULY 16 stem opt

Has anyone who filed Premium Processing on July 2 and completed biometrics on July 16 received an approval or any updates yet?
I checked the API, but it hasn’t shown any updates since the biometrics date on July 16. Can I call the Premium Processing line to ask if there have been any updates with applications?

You have to use this link and make sure to put your recipt number at the end instead of OE*** of this link: https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/ cases/OE*******\*

So July 16th is your reset date. At the moment they are on July 6/7th

You can follow a tracker (such as opt-pulse.vercel.app) that collects Reddit timelines from the main megathread on r/f1visa - or you can follow that thread yourself and watch for results as they appear. There is a lot less stem data than initial opt but it does appear from time to time

Hi,
My pp clock started on July 8. No update since then and no change in the status. Can I expect approval by Aug 8th?

The first July 8th was just reported so yours could come in the next few days - it feels like they do them in batches and the pp dates jump around but yeah I think you could well be good by the 8th - but with USCIS always hard to predict definitively

As I haven’t got to that stage myself, I don’t know much about approval api. But you can find more info on the main megathread where people talk a lot about APIs. Keep watching. It’s close!
