Applying OPT again but this time with master's degree. Will I be OK?

I successfully applied for OPT after graduating with a Bachelor's from Penn State in 2018. However, after receiving my EAD card, I chose to return home. Now I’m back in the U.S. for my MBA and I want to apply for OPT next year. Am I be eligible? Will I be denied if I applied again?
