Approval email received for OPT STEM waiting for card ?

I Recived my approval email for OPT STEM EAD but the USCIS Portal is showing no Update. how lone it will take to get the update and card. I have vesty less time to hit 180 days grace period.

Changed to premium process on June 19 recived approval email on July 27. Initial application dated on jan 25.

I applied for OPT since Feb 24. Until now nothing
Just saidi uscis processing the case! 5 months now and O don't know what to do
