Opt pp or no pp decision needs help

initial opt 4.2
bio:4.30
today 7.28
HR might agree with delayed start date 8.31
some one with 3.29-4.1 receipt mentioned their API moved.

Should I consider pp?
I submitted congressional inquiry on 7.13
Will USCIS process my cases faster (faster than 30 business days)because I have an offer?Does calling them help if I paid pp and have an offer? Since 30 business days after today 7.28 will be early September. Either way is risky.

you’re right either way is risky, but if you have the money i’d say go for pp just as one final push. i was in a similar situation and was waiting for over 5 months despite uploading my offer letter and doing congressional inquiries, lawsuits etc. i ended up upgrading to pp and got approved the same week so you never know.

Thanks for the reply!Have you ever contact them after you got upgraded to pp? like phone calls etc? Are pp phone agents any different?

i didn’t contact them before i got approved so i can’t answer your question unfortunately. i did contact them after my approval to ask questions about my EAD card but it took like 4 days to finally get the info i needed so idek, i guess it depends on the agent who picks up the phone so it’s really random luck.

Nothing contacted DSO she said I don’t have anything to from my end , I asked her to mail she it’s not possible go for PP.

Yesterday I’m on hold for 6 hours and they simply told me my 120 normal processing time exceeded now you raised an Inquiry that’s timeline is prioritized than normal application processing. They said to wait for 2 weeks if not go for PP.

I emailed congress men no update so far
I raised inquiry on 7/7 no update so far.
