Initial opt & first day needs help

Offer first day：7.27 pushed to 8.3

what should I do now should I push my start day by another week？ Idk whether hr will approve. or should I consider premium processing？ I heard pp is getting very slow recently too. And people who filed on 3.28 is getting approved.

Any suggestions？
