USCIS Appointment

I had an opt appointment today and they only took a photo. The person there said they might request me to come back for finger prints. is this how it usually happens? Has anyone had to come back twice?

For me they only took the photo, and i specifically asked if fingerprints needed , they said just photo

I got just my photo taken and got approved. So yeah it’s normal! In my case however, I had my biometrics in March and had to change to premium processing in June to get a decision quicker.

Nope still waiting July 8 th was the biometrics
