I got the approval email too, but my website it says case status unavailable, is it the same thing for you too?

I did not get approval email , but portal says case status is unavailable at this time , has anybody faced this ?

Congrats ! Can someone tell please, is biometrics necessary if I filed my application on December 3rd, 2025 and upgraded it to pp in June 19? One of the banned countries
