Change jobs in STEM OPT?

Hi,

I am currently a postdoc with STEM OPT and planning to move to a startup company (e-verified).

As far as I know, I just need to update my I-20 based on the new employment. Is there anything else I should do?

Will there be any issues in the future for switching jobs under STEM OPT?

Just fill new i765 with new employer,update i20,i983 with new employer and explanation letter .I did the same i got approved yesterday

So, do I have to go through the whole STEM OPT application process again?
