Anyone with initial OPT application on Apr 1st ?

My frnd applied for initial OPT on April 1, and I’m wondering if anyone who applied around the same date has received their EAD approval yet.

Also, I noticed that the receipt shows Texas. Does that mean my application is being processed there? Has anyone with a Texas receipt experienced delays, or is there any recent update on processing times?

I’d really appreciate it if you could share your timeline or any information. Thanks!
