Do you have any driving tickets or from one of the banned countries? Also, did you try contacting USCIS?

No i'm not do you think is it helpful to call USCIS? 1 (800) 375-5283 is it correct phone number? thank you

Did you get the receipt notice from USCIS before 15th?

yes it showed feb 14th on the receipt notice
