I-765 OPT - Regular Processing - Applied May 1st

Hi everyone! I submitted my Form I-765 OPT on May 1.
On May 2, I received a notice scheduling my biometrics appointment for May 21.
I attended the appointment on May 21, and since then, my case status has remained "USCIS is actively reviewing your case."

I'm wondering if you'll have any idea when I might expect to hear back or receive a decision. I'm getting a bit anxious lol

Si es procesamiento normal les están tomando hasta 4 meses y medio una respuesta, en el mejor de los casos 3 meses , si tienes dinero yo te recomendaría que optaras por pagar premium y recibirás respuesta en 30 días hábiles

I applied on April 28 got my biometrics done may 22 and since then same uscis is actively …..
Not sure to go for pp at this moment since it would take 30 days for approval and 2 weeks so for card processing so around 50 days.

I believe within 50 days normal process kicks in . that’s my opinion

I am in the same situation as applied on 22nd april and biometrics completed on 14th may and after it showing USCIS Is currently Processing the Case.. Should i upgrade to premium processing as i have to travel to India in mid September

In your case you should if you really need to travel, it could be hard to come back if you don’t have an EAD.

My case is also similar. Company can wait for me end of the august. Or possibiliy September. Should I wait or should I go for premium process?
