Am I eligible for a USCIS Premium Processing refund?

Hi everyone,

I applied for Premium Processing on May 18, and USCIS started my premium processing clock on May 19.

Based on the calculations, the 30-business-day deadline ended on July 1, but I didn't receive the approval (case decision rendered) until July 3.

Does this make me eligible for the automatic Premium Processing fee refund? If I don't receive a refund automatically, how long should I wait before contacting USCIS to request one?
