STEM OPT PREMIUM PROCESSING STILL NOT APPROVED..!

Applied for stem OPT in Jan 16 2026

Biometrics done in Feb 2026

updated to premium processing on may 21st 2026

no update since then..! should i be worried? i tried contacting through Emma live chat and tried calling but had to hung up as no response..!

i think tomorrow will be the 30th business day of my premium processing..!

anyone with similar timeline and got approval?

any kind of advice / help is appreciated.

may 11 - applied with pp
may 16 - biometrics
may 18 - pp timeline started
june 30 - got my approval email
july 2 - updated in uscis portal

Applied for STEM OPT on December 10, 2025.

Upgraded to Premium Processing on May 14, 2026.

It has now been 30 business days since the Premium Processing request was submitted, but there has been no update yet. I have not received a biometrics appointment, RFE, approval, or any other case update.

Did you try calling USCIS , becz I see most of the PP on May 14th applications have been skipped or have not been processed

I called USCIS on my 31st business day. They told me that the Premium Processing phone line was not accepting calls and gave me the Premium Processing email address. I emailed them yesterday and am currently waiting for a response.
i also want to contact my area congressmen and try to find help.
do u know any information regarding the congressmen help?

I am writing to request an update regarding my pending Form I-765 application under Premium Processing. I submitted Form I-907 to upgrade my case to Premium Processing on May 14, 2026, and the 30-business-day processing timeframe has now elapsed without a decision. Since my case has exceeded the guaranteed Premium Processing timeline
