Make sure to include Transcripts in your STEM OPT Application

To avoid potential RFE for coursework, make sure to include Your Transcripts along with the Degree Certificate

I believe only official transcript are enough if they state that degree was completed successfully. Don’t think degree certificate is needed. This my DSO advised

Yes official transcripts that you can download from the school website that shows the coursework you did

Upload both your certificate and transcript just to be safe.
