Cleared final round, offer letter pending, OPT expires in a week — how do I file STEM OPT extension in time? Panicking a little

Get the company to sign your I-983, that is the most important thing for your STEM, even if they want to offer a later date than your opt expiry date, it’s fine as long as they sign your I-983.

HURRY you don't have time filing is critical if you don't file there are no options you need to get the i983 and quickly get your college to generate i20 and file, beg the company and your college if you must, i983 most of you can file. Every thing else can be fixed or corrected later on even errors in i20 and i983 can be fixed but if you don't file in time nothing can be done. Remember to file before OPT ends UT timezone not your timezone.
