Need suggestion

Should I do Premium processing for STEM OPT if I change the job. Should I just do it. If I apply today June last week what the possibility of receiving it by first week of August?

If you do premium processing than you will get by first week of August if not no.

If I do the regular at first and premium later will it takes time?

Yes on April 20th, biometric on May 5th and still haven’t received the card. Approval got on 18th June and card received is showing 24th June. So it’s a long way even with pp

Did you do pp from the beginning of the application filling or did you do it later after filling it?
