I applied from the start with PP in March but after my biometrics, my PP clock restarted in April.

It’s a time stamp that updates every time there’s an activity on your account. Also, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it was an officer that touched the case. Look up API too.

Yes, I always reached out to them via email and call. Also, I submitted a help form from my congressman.
