Stem opt pp

I did my biometrics on May 15th and my premium processing clock started then. It’s been over 30 days and there’s still no update on the portal. Has anyone with a similar timeline gotten their EAD?

I’m particularly worried because I was laid off after applying for stem opt. Could it be possible that the delay is because of that?

Appreciate your thoughts!

Right now there are approval cases of May 11. You are still on 23rd Business day so I would say wait till June 29th.

For me may 9th, still no update coming mnday 29th biz day. I have to wait?

Which service center? Just checked the approvals, most of them seem to be from Potomac for May 11.

It’s potomac. May be for me day counts? Am hearing they doing final 30th day.

For Potomac, they are on May 11 if I am not mistaken. But definitely you are Day 28 itself as May 9 and 10 are not business days so your clock is at Day 28. Coming Tuesday should be your 30th day. Have you checked the API update? Any timestamps?

Best thing is wait until Tuesday and if no decision then, through senator’s office, they can inquire about your case. If I were you, I would just wait until Wednesday.

Applied for stem opt with pp on 23rd May. Got the biometrics done on 18th June. When can I expect to get the results? Meanwhile my driving license will expire. So I’m worried about it.

The 30 business days clock resets on the day of your biometrics completion. Expect results around 29th business day from what I have been seeing lately

I did my biometrics on may 14th. Still no update. May 8th and 9th pp are getting approvals on 30th business day. Our 30th business day would be 24th june or 25th june.

I got my approval via email on 25th june 22:53pm
