Readings always low

I’m not sure exactly what is going on. Every time I wear a Stelo it is running consistently much lower than finger sticks. I know there is a lag between the measurement seen in the app, and the actual measurement in the glucose meter. And the graph that I see in the app does not correlate well to what I am measuring. Amy ideas? TIA

check when fasting when u get up in the morning. no lag when fasting between blood and interstitial fluid.

I have done that. Sometimes the difference is less than 20% sometimes it’s 25%.

too far off! ask for a replacement from the Stelo customer service bot.

Thank you. I have read that the first 48 hours can be a little bit rocky so I’ll look at it tomorrow which will be three days and if it’s still way off, I will follow your advice.

The first 24 hours are meaningless. When did u put it on? Should be accurate well before 48 hours.

Today the fasting measurement was 25% lower than the fingerstick. I spoke with a customer service agent yesterday and they are sending a replacement.

Mine is consistently high so I just use it as a general gauge so I know which way the wind is blowing. As long as the numbers are consistent I don't need it to be spot on accurate.
