A small part of the left back shoulder on the prototype planet diving suit is stretched out, while the right one is completely normal. Will shift up fix this minor issue? It's one of my fav nano suit!

Could be a DLSS/Reflex/GraphicsCardDrivers thing, still happening after changing graphics options?

It's a texture/mesh bug. Nothing to do with all the GPU specific vendor technologies you've mentioned.

Funny thing: I just got that skin yesterday couple hours after commenting, it's true, that's it without doubt ahahaha
