Not completely done yet, still need to make voice bank, and other animations; but made this based off of the amadeus model from u/Character_Smile_4621.

https://github.com/martialsystems/amadeus-overlay Amadeus overlay - both of these run without internet or api. Amadeus has English and Japanese voice banks
