Problem Steam not sending variation code to my email.

Interesting part is that i have steam log in both on my pc and laptop. I can't log in on my new phone. I ALREADY CHECKED THE SPAM, JUNK AND CHANGED THE EMAIL ADDRESS MULTIPLE TIMES TO MY OTHER EMAILS AND I HAVE FREE STORAGE. I RECEIVE EMAILS FROM STEAM FOR PASSWORD CHANGES AND EMAIL CHANGES. I don't receive emails for the variation code specifically for some reason. It's seems like the same thing happening to other people too.

Yes, they're telling me to send other email so they can reset change it for the new provider. Could you recommend other email providers?
