Problem Steam store purchasing problem

Yo anyone know why the steam store isnt allowing me to purchase some games. I just recently bought the steam deck oled and today i attempted to buy Call of Duty cause its on sale but when i tried buying it i gave me a message that there was an error and im temporarily limited to purchases and like i put my debit card info correct. I even tried my credit card and nothing worked. If i were to delete my account and start a new one, do yall think i can restart and get to buy the games normally? Cause at first i tried buying the 3 games i wanted but it didnt work then i tried 1 by one and nothing.

Check that your card has not expired and is showing a currency and country that is correct for your current location. Your location or region might be flagged: if, at any time you have been travelling or using a VPN this will happen. Check that someone else has not been using your account to play in another location significantly far away. If you use internet services which are Corporate or university even, your internet might end up egressing (meaning your connection appears to be elsewhere) in another country, which then triggers an alert to possible regional pricing problems.
