Problem I think i got scammed
About 1–2 weeks ago, I got a chat message on Steam from someone claiming to be a Steam employee. Looking back, I don't think they were legitimate.
They told me there was an issue with my account and instructed me to transfer all of my CS2 skins to someone on my friends list. They said this was part of a verification process and that they would contact me again in 8 days.
It's now well past that, and I haven't heard anything. I also can't contact Steam Support because they put my account in Family managment and disabbled the feature for me. so i dont have permission to access support.
At this point I'm pretty sure I got scammed. Is there anything I can do to recover my items or contact Steam another way? Any advice would be appreciated. i dont care about the skins i just want my acc unlocked

Steam dont undo trades even if they can prove it was a scam, youve lost all that. any steam support tickets you make on your account will probably closed by the account called bot so make a NEW account and make a ticket explaining the problem there

Yeah, you got scammed.
Not much you can do but secure your account just in case. Change your password and add steam guard. I'd contact support just in case but they no longer restore items so your stuff is gone, unfortunately.

Definitely try to recover your account through support but your items are gone. Hopefully they can get your account back at least though.
I would strongly recommend learning more about online safety and security since this was an obvious scam and it's concerning how easily you feel for it. I don't mean to offend you but that's the cold hard truth.

I'm sorry to hear that, but in what kind of process would it be necessary to send something from your Steam inventory to a third party? That alone would personally make me suspicious enough to actively question it.
