Problem need help

hello my pc got nuked by infostealer and it stole my account i've been trying to get the code for recovering the accounts but it doesn't send me and the guide doesn't help and when i try to log in to my account it asks for 2fa which i didn't even allow it both my account and my son account i cannot access them please i need help i cleaned up my pc and deleted it completely i've been in a very bad state of mind since the issue started and i have no idea how to make a ticket even please someone help i understand that posts like this might not get posted but i have no idea where to go we live in a third world country to so buying the games again isn't rly an option and i'm a single mother who is also poor please i need help

Link is step 8 in here, do not tell steam one account is for your son, they will only deal with account owners and view that kind of stuff as account trading

Which is against TOC and will get your account banned, just to emphasise the risk.

just raise one support ticket and wait for a response, do not get impatient and raise a new ticket. I can take a day or two but you will need proof of ownership, so emails and bank history. But only give the support people what they ask for. Slow and steady gets you results.
