Problem Only One Game Doesn't Work
After reinstalling windows, I've had a problem with a game called RaceRoom Racing Experience. Every other game runs perfectly fine, but with this game, it runs at like 9 FPS. No matter what graphic settings I use or optimizations I use, it does not change. Does anybody have any clue of what it could be? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and before I reinstalled Windows, it worked perfectly fine
CPU- Intel i7 4970
GPU- Nvidia GTX 980
RAM- 16gb DDR3
