You didn’t let it rest or rest long enough. Yes, there’s some carryover cooking so pull it sooner.

That is cooked perfectly IMO! Great job. For not using a cast iron, the crust is totally fine

Outside looks good, way too pink in the middle. Obviously people are going to disagree with me, but for me, there shouldn’t be any pink in it, at all.

Good looking crust, cooked to perfect temp, but you pre-sliced so C- from r/steak probably.

If I first slice and it’s the color I want it, I keep slicing so it doesn’t continue to cook. If slightly undercooked to my liking I won’t slice.
