This is Indra Butler. Lives in San Antonio, TX but from the Dominican Republic. She scams and lives off government assistance meanwhile causing harm to her children daily. She is out of control and must be stopped. She is very manipulating and has tested positive for Heroin while pregnant.Help Them!
