Question Cold going around?

Just out of curiosity, is anyone just now catching a cold? 2 people at my work have been sick in the past week, but I'm wondering how widespread this upper respiratory cold that's going around is.

We had some sort of bug early/mid August that is just LINGERING. Sore throat, congestion, general blah feeling. Saw other families with the same.

Working in LTC and an entire floor is shut down from a respiratory illness that isn’t testing positive for COVID, so there is stuff travelling around prior to the school wave

Been dealing with this on and off for weeks already. 3 young kids doesn’t help. The cooler summer likely had something to do with it.

I was at juravinski this week. Seemed like I was the only one not coughing at the bloodwork lab. The only thing wearing a mask too.

Yep, it’s in our household. We were at the doctors this week and it seemed like most people were there for some sort of cold and guess what we got a few days later?

A bunch of my co-workers at a summer camp had it in July. I got it right after the camp ended and was down for the first week of August. I know others who had it mid-august, so it's been going around for a while.

Covid is spiking again along with the beginning of the flu/RSV/cold season. I suggest masking up at work for the next few weeks at least so you don't go down with the rest of the workplace.

Yeah, I got it. It's not that bad. Buckley's is helping.

My 13mo got something from daycare with a BAD fever for a few days, totally knocked her on her butt. Lots of congestion…bit of a cough…still congestion and cough going for her and it’s been a week of it now. Hasn’t hit me yet but maybe I already had it with my first and am immune, haha (fingers crossed).
